You will act as the primary point of contact for our online shoppers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey from inquiry to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, cancellations, and product information.

  • Resolve complaints or concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Document and track customer interactions in the company CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, inventory, and product support, to address customer issues.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

  • Maintain high-quality service standards and contribute to team performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes is a plus.

  • Comfortable using chat, email, CRM tools, and basic office software.

  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or e-commerce support is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
