Key Responsibilities

Experience

• Familiarity with the Arise platform or similar virtual call center environments is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Experience supporting customers in retail, utilities, hospitality, financial services, telecommunications, or related sectors is highly valued.

Working Hours

• Completely flexible scheduling based on the Arise platform model.

• Contractors may choose their own hours in 30-minute or hourly intervals depending on client availability.

• Evening, weekend, and peak-hour availability may increase earnings potential and access to high-demand client programs.
