Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Data Processing and Verification Associate to join our growing remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing large volumes of data, verifying data accuracy, updating internal systems, and ensuring the quality and integrity of information used across various departments. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, data-driven environment and can maintain high accuracy while working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, analyze, and verify data entries according to established standards and guidelines.

• Review, validate, and update customer, seller, and product information across internal platforms.

• Identify and report discrepancies, incomplete entries, or data quality issues in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related concerns.

• Maintain secure handling of confidential information in compliance with Flipkart’s data protection policies.

• Generate regular reports on data processing status and accuracy metrics.

• Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly data tasks with zero errors.

• Support ongoing process improvements by suggesting automation opportunities or workflow enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong typing skills with excellent speed and accuracy.

• High attention to detail with the ability to detect errors or inconsistencies.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

• Understanding of basic data processing principles and digital workflow systems.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, data processing, back-office operations, or administrative support.

• Freshers with good computer literacy and data-handling abilities are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• 8–9 hours per day, Monday to Saturday (timings may vary based on process requirements).

• Flexible shift options may be available depending on project needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of data verification procedures and quality control checks.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, dashboards, or backend platforms (preferred).
