Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our C-suite leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Act as a gatekeeper by prioritizing emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit executive-level documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and manage virtual meetings, board meetings, and leadership events, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of executives.
- Support strategic projects by conducting research, compiling data, and tracking deliverables.
- Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Proven experience working with C-level executives or top management.
- Prior experience in a remote or hybrid working environment is highly preferred.
- Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services sectors is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
- Standard working hours aligned with executive time zones (flexibility required).
- Occasional availability outside regular hours for urgent executive needs.
