Job Summary

TalentBridge HR is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple industries, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at leveraging digital tools and online platforms to attract the best candidates. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and talent networks.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.

  • Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote TalentBridge HR as an employer of choice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and online recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.

  • Experience with remote recruitment and virtual onboarding is highly desirable.

  • Experience in multiple sectors or industries is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule, with core hours typically between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can vary depending on client needs).

  • Ability to attend virtual meetings and interviews across different time zones.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit and recruitment metrics.

  • Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing remote work environment.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
