Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Virtual Intake Coordinator to support our growing network of US-based telehealth clinics. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience. You will be responsible for collecting patient information, verifying eligibility, coordinating appointments, and supporting healthcare providers by maintaining accurate and compliant records.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing patients via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms.

Conduct virtual patient intake by collecting demographic, medical, and insurance information.

Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage in accordance with clinic and payer requirements.

Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments with providers.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and telehealth regulations.

Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and gather missing documentation.

Collaborate with clinicians, billing teams, and care coordinators to streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical reception, call center, or patient support roles.

Experience working with US healthcare systems and insurance processes is a strong advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time: 40 hours per week.

US business hours (aligned with EST, CST, or PST depending on clinic requirements).
