Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual reference and research support to clients, students, and professionals.

• Organize, catalog, and manage digital resources and research materials.

• Develop research guides, tutorials, and learning resources for users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.

• Strong research and information retrieval skills.

• Proficiency in using academic databases (e.g., JSTOR, PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in academic libraries, research roles, or information management.
