Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Virtual Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our growing marketing initiatives. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance, and helping to elevate our brand presence across multiple online channels. Key Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and manage daily content across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).

Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts using provided tools or basic design skills.

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand voice.

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities.

Conduct market and competitor research to support content strategies.

Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly social media reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and messaging.

Support the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and virtual marketing initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content.

Basic graphic design or video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar).

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, analytics, and basic SEO.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Experience

1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (internships and freelance experience welcome).

Experience using social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) is an advantage.

Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
Working Hours
