You will review, edit, and verify content for grammar, consistency, format, and adherence to instructional design standards. Key Responsibilities

Review and proofread e-learning modules, scripts, quizzes, and assessments for grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.

Ensure consistency in language, style, tone, and instructional standards across all content.

Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and subject matter experts to resolve errors and clarify ambiguous content.

Validate multimedia elements (images, audio, video) for correctness and alignment with content objectives.

Conduct quality checks on course navigation, functionality, and overall learner experience.

Maintain documentation of errors, revisions, and improvements for continuous quality tracking.

Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms (such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Moodle, or similar) is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic content management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or quality assurance, preferably in e-learning, digital content, or educational publishing.

Experience with online course development or instructional design is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time or part-time remote role.

Flexible hours, typically 6–8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
