Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Virtual Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to support our growing business development team. This internship is ideal for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals looking to develop hands-on experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, customer outreach, and CRM management. As a Virtual SDR Intern, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing early-stage leads, and helping drive new business opportunities in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads across various industries.

  • Initiate outbound outreach through email, social media, and cold calling to generate interest.

  • Actively engage prospects to understand their needs and determine fit for OneTech Associates’ services.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information within the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.

  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the Senior Sales Team.

  • Support ongoing sales initiatives, pipeline building, and follow-up communication.

  • Track, measure, and report weekly activities and progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Participate in virtual team meetings, sales training, and development workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and engaging tone.

  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product or service value propositions.

  • High level of motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes, customer outreach, and lead generation concepts.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.

  • Comfortable navigating CRM or database tools (training provided).

  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or outbound communication is an advantage but not required.

  • Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

  • Training will be provided for all key sales systems and processes.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time hours (10–20 hours per week).

  • Schedule can be adjusted based on academic or personal commitments.

  • Must be available for occasional team meetings during core business hours.
