Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking a motivated and persuasive Virtual Sales Partner / Telesales Specialist to support our growing customer base through remote sales engagement. In partnership with SquadStack, this role focuses on converting leads, promoting products, and delivering a seamless customer experience through effective communication. You will work from home, handle inbound/outbound calls, understand customer needs, and drive successful sales outcomes while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound/inbound calls to potential customers to explain product features, benefits, and offers.

  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales through strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.

  • Follow standardized scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent and professional messaging.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most relevant Flipkart products/services.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Assist in resolving basic customer queries and redirecting complex issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the SquadStack team for continuous performance improvement, coaching, and process adherence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to persuade, convince, and close deals.

  • Good understanding of sales fundamentals, customer engagement, and telecalling techniques.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, calling platforms, and lead-management systems.

  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solution-focused during conversations.

  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with digital tools in a remote environment.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or BPO preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication and interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home model with shift options depending on project requirements.

  • Typical working window: 6–8 hours per day, across daytime shifts.

  • Weekend/holiday availability may be required based on sales cycles and workload.

  • High level of self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
