This remote position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage full-cycle recruiting — from talent sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the tech and engineering talent market, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Engineering positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.).

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and technical screenings to evaluate suitability for open roles.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, project goals, and team dynamics.

  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent experience from application to onboarding.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases to maintain accurate records and track recruiting metrics.

  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance employer branding and optimize hiring processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in recruiting for IT and Engineering positions (software development, data analytics, systems engineering, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of technical job descriptions, skill sets, and industry terminology.

  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability.

Experience

  • Minimum: 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (preferably remote).

  • Preferred: Experience working with international or large-scale IT staffing agencies or corporate recruitment teams.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule based on business needs.

  • Must be available during core hours aligned with global recruitment timelines (typically between 9 AM – 6 PM IST).

  • Occasional evening calls may be required for international coordination.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of IT and Engineering talent landscapes and market dynamics.

  • Familiarity with technical tools, programming languages, and engineering specializations.

  • Skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for specialized roles.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment analytics and performance metrics.

  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results under minimal supervision.
