Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Telecaller and Sales Support Executive to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, assist customers with order-related queries, and support the sales process by generating leads and promoting relevant services. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage customer expectations, and a proactive approach to meeting performance targets. As a key representative of Flipkart’s customer experience team, you will contribute to driving customer satisfaction and sales efficiency in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Flipkart products and services.

Handle inbound queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product details.

Assist customers in completing online purchases and resolving cart abandonment issues.

Identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.

Maintain customer interaction records in internal systems with accuracy.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet conversion goals.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent quality.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales support.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up.

Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle challenging calls professionally.

Basic understanding of e-commerce, online shopping processes, and digital platforms.

Proficiency in using call-handling tools, CRM software, and basic computer applications.

Strong persuasive skills and the ability to influence customer decisions.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales support (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Previous experience in e-commerce or BPO environments will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.
-
6 days working, with 1 rotational weekly off.

Shift timings may vary based on business requirements (typically between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
