Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction at all times.

Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and billing information.

Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Manage telephone calls, emails, and online queries professionally.

Upsell hotel services, facilities, and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and represents the hotel’s luxury standards.

Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or hotel management education is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a front desk receptionist in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting preferred.

Familiarity with standard check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems is desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time, rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per hotel requirements.
