Job Summary

Global Logistics Hub is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of goods, manage inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role is critical to supporting our supply chain operations and delivering excellence to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to optimize productivity and maintain high team morale.

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement inventory control procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

• Plan and manage workflow schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and performance metrics.

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision, preferably in logistics or distribution sectors.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.

• Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a warehouse setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in logistics, freight handling, or distribution centers is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard warehouse hours, with occasional overtime as operational demands require.

• Flexibility to handle peak periods or urgent shipments.
