Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow and Framer.
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into functional and visually appealing web pages.
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to deliver end-to-end web solutions.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring content accuracy and design consistency.
- Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Test and troubleshoot design or functionality issues.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Webflow and/or Framer.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in web design or front-end web development.
- Hands-on experience delivering live websites using Webflow or Framer.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, user-focused web projects is required.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote role based in India.
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (flexibility available depending on project needs).
- Occasional overlap with global teams may be required.
