Job Summary

FLYGOOG is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Weekend Event Sales & Canopy Executive to represent our brand at promotional events, exhibitions, and outdoor activations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up canopy stalls, engaging with potential customers, driving on-ground sales, and ensuring a high-impact brand presence. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy field work, direct customer interaction, and fast-paced event environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and dismantle canopy stalls at assigned event locations.

  • Actively approach and engage event visitors to promote products and services.

  • Achieve weekend sales targets through effective product pitching and demonstrations.

  • Maintain attractive visual merchandising and brand standards at the canopy.

  • Collect customer leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales.

  • Coordinate with the event manager for logistics, stock requirements, and reporting.

  • Handle basic customer queries and provide product information confidently.

  • Ensure proper care and security of promotional materials and equipment.

  • Submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.

  • Basic sales and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.

  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps or digital lead capture tools is an advantage.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales, event promotions, retail sales, or brand activation.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in canopy sales or mall/event promotions will be preferred.

Working Hours

  • Primarily weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Typical shift: 6–8 hours per day, depending on event schedule.

  • Flexibility to work on public holidays or special campaign days when required.

  • Customer engagement and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales conversion techniques.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good time management and punctuality.

  • Physical stamina to manage on-ground event activities.
