You will actively contribute to store operations, maintain high hygiene standards, and support the team in creating a welcoming and efficient retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers warmly, providing a friendly and professional service experience.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital payments responsibly.

• Prepare and serve products according to Ibaco’s quality standards and presentation guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the store, including counters, display areas, and equipment.

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to the store manager.

• Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal campaigns.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, especially during peak weekend hours.

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or retail is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a strong customer service orientation and willingness to learn are welcome.

Working Hours

• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are mandatory; flexible shift timings within operational hours.

• Shift duration: 5–8 hours depending on store requirements.
