Job Summary

CareBridge Pakistan is seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and support our mission of community development and social welfare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining our NGO website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain the CareBridge Pakistan website using WordPress.

• Implement responsive design to ensure the website works seamlessly across devices.

• Troubleshoot website issues and provide timely solutions.

• Collaborate with content and program teams to update website information and resources.

• Optimize website performance, including speed, SEO, and accessibility standards.

• Implement plugins, themes, and custom functionalities as required.

• Ensure website security, regular backups, and version control.

• Monitor analytics to provide insights for website improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugin integration.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

• Experience with responsive design frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.

• Familiarity with website security protocols and best practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in WordPress development.

• Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations is a plus.

• Portfolio of previous WordPress projects demonstrating technical skills and creativity.

Working Hours

• Full-time or flexible work-from-home schedule.

• Some projects may require occasional meetings outside standard hours.
