Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally, including first aid and evacuation procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Experience

• No prior flight experience required; training will be provided.

• Customer service, hospitality, or related industry background is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and varying time zones.

• Shifts may include long-haul or short-haul flights depending on operational requirements.
