Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Work From Home Back Office Staff to support our remote operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, online record maintenance, and backend coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day business processes. This position is ideal for candidates who have completed 12th grade, possess strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry, record updates, and digital documentation.

Assist with backend operational tasks, including order processing and customer record verification.

Maintain and organize confidential files, databases, and internal documents.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Prepare basic reports, summaries, and daily activity logs.

Support administrative workflows and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Review and validate data to maintain quality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (HSC).

Working Hours
