Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Work From Home Customer Care Executive to join our support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with order-related inquiries, product information, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and general support. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat queries regarding Flipkart orders, products, and services.

Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

Assist customers with issues related to order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to senior support staff or specialized departments.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Follow standard operating procedures and comply with internal guidelines to ensure high service quality.

Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer emotions and complaints patiently.

Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of typing, emailing, CRM tools, and internet browsing.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles (freshers are welcome).

Prior experience in e-commerce support or voice/non-voice customer handling will be an advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time role with 8–9 hour shifts, including rotational weekly offs.

Ability to work in flexible or rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening).

Remote work setup must meet basic technical requirements (stable internet connection, quiet workspace, laptop/desktop).
