Working Hours

  • Night shift role: typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (with some flexibility depending on business needs).

  • Full-time position with scheduled weekly offs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of healthcare service processes (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of queries effectively.
