Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Product Data Listing and Catalog Uploader to join our remote operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately uploading, managing, and optimizing product data across multiple online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong attention to detail, enjoy working independently, and possess a good understanding of product categorization, image handling, and content management.

You will ensure that every product listing is complete, SEO-friendly, and aligned with company quality standards to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product data including titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, attributes, and prices on various e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure all listings comply with the marketplace’s content guidelines and standards.

• Create and maintain product catalogs, ensuring all products are properly categorized.

• Perform quality checks to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information.

• Optimize product listings using relevant keywords to improve visibility and ranking.

• Coordinate with product, marketing, and content teams for accurate updates on inventory and descriptions.

• Monitor product listings for errors, duplications, or missing data and resolve them promptly.

• Update product information regularly to reflect price changes, promotions, and new product launches.

• Prepare product reports and share periodic updates with the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar.

• Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Excellent written English and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and speed.

• Good understanding of product attributes, variations, and categorization.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in product data entry, catalog management, or e-commerce operations.

• Freshers with strong computer literacy and keen attention to detail are also encouraged to apply.
