Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives to join our remote sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and digital communication channels
- Promote Flipkart products, offers, and services effectively to meet sales targets
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and sales performance
- Adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and compliance guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2C sales is an advantage
