ExcelPro Data is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated MS Excel Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. This position is ideal for candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Excel, highly organized, and comfortable handling large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency. As a Work From Home Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems, ensuring timely updates, and supporting the decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage data using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Organize and maintain spreadsheets and databases for easy retrieval and analysis.

  • Perform data cleaning and standardization tasks to maintain high-quality records.

  • Generate regular reports and summaries from Excel data as required by the management team.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), pivot tables, and basic macros.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent typing speed and data entry skills.

  • Basic understanding of data management and reporting practices.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in data entry or MS Excel is a plus.

  • Experience in handling large datasets or previous work in administrative/data support roles is advantageous.
