Job Summary:

As an Online Tutor, you will provide high-quality, engaging, and personalized instruction to students across various subjects and grade levels. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track student attendance, performance, and engagement.

• Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding academic progress.

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and interactive virtual learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.

• Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with technology, online teaching platforms, and digital tools.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

• Patience, creativity, and the ability to motivate students.

Experience:

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with online education platforms or remote learning environments is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Flexible work schedule; part-time or full-time options available.

• Sessions may be scheduled during mornings, afternoons, or evenings, depending on student needs.

• Minimum commitment of 15–20 hours per week is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of subject matter in assigned tutoring areas.

• Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple students and sessions effectively.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to engage students virtually and maintain attention and focus.
