Job Summary:

DataEase Virtual is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and manage distributed technical teams across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple technical projects in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage distributed teams across different time zones, ensuring smooth communication and workflow coordination.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Identify and resolve project issues, bottlenecks, and risks proactively.
• Drive process improvements and enforce best practices across all project phases.
• Monitor project progress using project management tools, reporting key metrics to senior management.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure teams adhere to established methodologies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in technical project management for software development, IT infrastructure, or technology services.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or related roles.
• Proven track record managing remote/distributed teams and delivering successful projects.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with developers, designers, QA, and operations teams.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, remote position.
• Flexible working hours with availability required to coordinate with teams across multiple time zones.
• Occasional meetings with stakeholders may require adjustment of standard working hours.
