Degree Bazaar is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Work-From-Home Tele-Caller & Education Counselor to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and program benefits.

Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate educational pathways.

Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.

Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.

Achieve weekly and monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

Address queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Coordinate with admissions and support teams for seamless onboarding.

Stay updated on new programs, industry trends, and institutional offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills.

Experience

Working Hours

Full-time remote role.

Standard shift: 6–9 hours per day (as per business requirements).
