Job Summary

DSR Creation is seeking a proactive and results-driven Work-From-Home Tele-Caller to support our real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing customer relationships through effective phone communication. This role is well-suited for individuals who are persuasive, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided databases and leads.

  • Introduce and promote real estate projects and services to prospective buyers.

  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and timelines.

  • Schedule site visits or virtual meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

  • Handle basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.

  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.

  • Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

Experience

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer support preferred.

  • Experience in real estate or property sales will be an added advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home role.

  • Typically 6–8 hours per day, aligned with business requirements.

  • Weekday and occasional weekend availability may be required based on campaign needs.

  • Understanding of real estate sales processes is preferred.
