Job Summary

GreenByte Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our dynamic creative agency team. This remote back-office role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment and enjoy supporting creative operations behind the scenes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, coordinating tasks, and supporting internal teams to deliver high-quality client projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to creative and operational teams
  • Manage and organize digital files, documents, and internal databases
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between departments
  • Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of administrative procedures and office management systems

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, back-office operations, or similar roles preferred
  • Prior experience in a remote or creative agency environment is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a standard 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday work schedule
  • Occasional coordination across different time zones may be required
