Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tracking tools and analytics platforms

Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI

Negotiate commission structures and promotional placements

Ensure compliance with company policies and affiliate marketing standards

Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and key metrics

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and digital marketing channels

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, and CRM systems

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience
