Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Agile Delivery Lead to oversee and optimize delivery processes within our fast-paced fintech operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of projects, driving Agile best practices, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, and a passion for delivering customer-centric outcomes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Agile delivery across multiple fintech projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking across projects.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within distributed teams.
Provide regular reporting on delivery metrics, KPIs, and project health to senior management.
Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Strong understanding of fintech systems, digital payments, or financial services platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, remote work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Agile project delivery or program management.
At least 3 years in a leadership role within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams across different time zones.

Working Hours

Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
Availability to overlap with global teams as required.
Standard workweek with occasional extended hours during critical delivery phases.
