Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking AI Ethics Analyst to join our Remote Policy Research Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating artificial intelligence systems, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and contributing to the development of responsible AI governance frameworks. You will work at the intersection of technology, policy, and ethics to help shape the safe and fair deployment of AI systems across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ethical assessments of AI models, algorithms, and data-driven systems
Analyze bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI outputs
Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and legal teams to implement ethical AI practices
Monitor emerging AI regulations, policies, and industry standards
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
Support risk assessment processes related to AI deployment and usage
Contribute to internal training programs on responsible AI usage

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic fairness
Knowledge of global AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act principles, or equivalent frameworks)
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong written communication and documentation abilities
Ability to interpret complex technical systems in non-technical terms
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data governance principles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Data Science, Law, Ethics, or related field

Experience

2–5 years of experience in AI governance, data ethics, compliance, policy research, or related fields
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams is highly preferred
Prior exposure to AI model auditing or responsible AI frameworks is an advantage

Working Hours

Fully remote position
Flexible working schedule (Monday to Friday preferred)
Core collaboration hours aligned with international teams (approx. 4–6 hours overlap daily)
Occasional meetings outside standard hours depending on project needs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of ethical AI principles such as fairness, accountability, transparency, and explainability
Ability to evaluate societal and legal impacts of emerging technologies
Strong research and policy analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment

Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical teams
