Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Amazon & eBay Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about online marketplaces, digital retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing product listings, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Amazon and eBay platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on Amazon and eBay, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for improved visibility and sales
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
Process customer orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Analyze competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly
Track sales performance and generate regular reports
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and standards
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings and workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Familiarity with product research and listing optimization tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an e-commerce virtual assistant or in a similar role
Hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay accounts
Experience in product listing, SEO optimization, and customer service is highly preferred
