Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Associate in a remote work-from-home setup. The role involves assisting Amazon customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless customer experience across various communication channels including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

Working Hours
