Job Summary
Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) is seeking reliable, customer-focused Package Delivery Drivers to join its last-mile delivery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages safely, efficiently, and on time to customers’ doorsteps while ensuring a high standard of service quality. This position plays a key role in supporting Amazon’s commitment to fast and reliable customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery van to transport packages to residential and business locations

Load, unload, and organize packages in the delivery vehicle according to route plans

Deliver packages accurately and on time following assigned routes and schedules

Use handheld devices or delivery apps for navigation, scanning, and proof of delivery

Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries

Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company delivery protocols

Report delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies to dispatch or supervisors

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
Required Skills and Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to operate delivery vans safely and responsibly

Strong time management and organizational skills

Basic smartphone or handheld device proficiency

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow instructions and delivery procedures accurately

Physical ability to lift and carry packages (up to required weight limits)
Experience

Prior delivery, logistics, courier, or warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory

Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per route requirements
