Job Description

Job Summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Apple Certified Support Engineer with deep expertise in macOS and iOS ecosystems. This role is responsible for delivering advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless performance across Apple devices and services. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with exceptional communication skills to support both internal teams and end users in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for macOS and iOS devices, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware/software issues.
  • Manage and support Apple device deployments, configurations, and upgrades using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Apple Business Manager).
  • Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, application errors, and connectivity problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement system improvements and security best practices.
  • Deliver user training and create technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise-level integrations including email, VPN, cloud services, and network configurations.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and service requests in ticketing systems.
  • Stay up to date with Apple technologies, certifications, and product releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong expertise in macOS and iOS platforms, including system architecture and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in device management tools such as Jamf Pro, Intune, or similar MDM solutions.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with scripting (Shell, Bash) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 2โ€“5 years of experience in Apple device support or IT support roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting macOS and iOS devices in enterprise or large-scale environments.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard business hours.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or on-call rotations, based on business requirements.
  • Remote and on-site work options may be available depending on location and team needs.

  • In-depth knowledge of Apple ecosystem, including macOS, iOS, iCloud, and Apple hardware.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with a structured and logical approach.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
