Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer with a strong customer support focus to join our dynamic IT team. Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line and second-line technical support for business applications.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and processes.

Assist in system upgrades, patches, and deployments.

Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL), operating systems, and networking concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira is a plus.
Experience

Working Hours
