Job Description

Job Summary

AxisComm Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused BPO Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in BPO, call center, or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Experience handling international or domestic voice/non-voice processes is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
  • 5-day or 6-day work week depending on process requirements.
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and work environments.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
