Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and expansion of our business. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on marketing execution, aimed at increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and highly organized, with a passion for identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and business development practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role.
