Job Description

Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of Business Development – Student Recruitment. This position is responsible for driving student enrollment growth through strategic partnerships, outreach initiatives, and targeted recruitment campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the organization’s reach by building strong relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and key stakeholders while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions for prospective students.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
  • Maintain and update prospective student databases and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and provide insights to optimize strategies.
  • Represent the organization at education fairs, events, and networking platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or student recruitment.
  • Experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with occasional weekend or evening commitments for events and student interactions.
  • Hybrid or remote work options may be available depending on business needs.
