Job Description

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Support Executives. As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call center guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent (Graduate preferred)
  • Good verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options: Morning or Evening shifts available
