Job Summary

ConnectVoice Support is seeking motivated, customer-focused, and professional individuals to join our growing customer support team as a Call Centre Agent – Inbound Customer Service Role. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service experiences.

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling with inquiries, service requests, account questions, and general support needs. You will represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related inquiries.
  • Identify customer concerns and provide effective solutions during the first interaction whenever possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when required.
  • Update customer records and document all interactions in the company system.
  • Follow call handling procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
  • Meet daily performance targets including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer management software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Experience

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, tele-support, or client relations will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in handling inbound customer queries is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • 5 days per week with rotational shifts.
  • Shift timings may include morning, evening, weekend, or holiday coverage depending on business requirements.
  • Overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs.

  • Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs quickly and offer appropriate solutions.
