Job Summary

ConstructPH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer (Project Manager) to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all engineering projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent project coordination abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets
Lead project teams including site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or structural issues promptly
Coordinate with clients, architects, and government authorities
Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost efficiency
Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Professional engineering license or certification (as applicable)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations

Experience

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering or construction project management
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure or building projects

Working Hours

Full-time position
Standard working hours: 8–10 hours per day
Flexibility required based on project deadlines and site requirements
Occasional weekend or overtime work may be necessary
