Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for ongoing projects in Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will act as the key link between management, workers, and subcontractors on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.

Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Monitor workforce productivity and manage labor allocation effectively.

Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Maintain accurate site reports, progress records, and documentation.

Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays efficiently.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reporting tools).
Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Prior international or Singapore project experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

8–10 hours per day depending on project requirements.

Overtime may be required during critical project phases.
