Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience.

Experience

1โ3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, client relations, or a similar role preferred.

Previous experience handling international customers is desirable.
Working Hours

Full-time remote position.

8 to 9 working hours per day.

5 days per week with rotational shifts depending on business requirements.
