Stellar Connect is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (BPO) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and uphold the companyโs commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

Flexible shifts including rotational day/night shifts
