Job Description

Job Summary

Stellar Connect is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (BPO) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and uphold the companyโ€™s commitment to service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred)

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts including rotational day/night shifts
  • 5-day work week with rotational offs
  • Work-from-office or hybrid options depending on business requirements
