Job Description

Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our growing SaaS team. This remote role is ideal for a bilingual professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of our software solutions while delivering exceptional service in multiple languages.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding and post-sale experience
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Guide customers through product adoption, training, and best practices
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and performance reporting
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Provide bilingual support (written and verbal) to serve diverse global clients
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous product and service improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, or other relevant languages)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer success tools (e.g., CRM systems)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • High level of adaptability in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations within a SaaS or technology-driven company
  • Experience working with international clients or in a bilingual support role is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in improving customer retention and satisfaction metrics

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours
  • Availability to support clients across different time zones may be required
  • Standard workweek with occasional extended hours based on client needs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
  • Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, project management platforms)
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a remote team
