Job Description

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join a fast-growing AI company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries, understand AI-powered products, and ensure a seamless user experience. You will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction while supporting innovative AI-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist users in understanding and navigating AI-based products and services
  • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems to technical teams when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Provide clear and user-friendly explanations of product features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product usability
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce support requests

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Basic understanding of AI tools or SaaS platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk systems is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or related roles preferred

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours depending on shift allocation
  • Full-time role (5โ€“6 working days per week)
  • Remote or hybrid work options may be available based on project requirements
